Join us for a transformative 60-minute sound bath that awakens your senses and opens your heart. This unique collaboration combines the vibrations of sound bowls with the therapeutic power of an aromatherapy blend, creating a safe place for your body to rest and restore.

At the beginning of our session, you'll receive an aromatherapy inhaler or rollerbottle infused with a specially crafted aromatherapy blend for this event. This will help ground you as you settle into the present moment. As the sound bath unfolds, let the resonant tones of crystal bowls wash over you, releasing what no longer serves while creating space for new growth and possibilities. We'll conclude by revisiting the aromatherapy blend, allowing you to carry the serene and grounded feelings beyond our time together.

This is an invitation to let go, open your heart, and receive what's ready to emerge. Come as you are and surrender to this sensory journey of sound and scent.

No experience necessary. All levels are welcome.

When: 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM, The Second and Fourth Friday of each month (3/13, 3/27, 4/10, 4/24, 5/8, 5/22, 6/12, 6/26, 7/10, 7/24, 8/14, 8/28, 9/11, 9/25, 10/9, 10/23, 11/13, 11/27 and 12/11)

Provided: Yoga mat or chair, depending on your comfort level.

Suggested items to bring: Blanket, water/beverage, pillow, eye mask, journal and an open heart.
